Apple Crisp
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
½ tsp salt
1½ tsp cinnamon
1 stick butter, softened
5 cups peeled and sliced Granny Smith apples
1½ tbsp lemon juice
In large bowl combine sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon and butter until crumbly.
Arrange apples on a greased 8x8 pan, sprinkling with lemon juice after each layer. Top with crumb mixture.
Bake for 50 to 60 min at 350°
