Frozen Cream Corn

Blanch corn on the cob
16 cups corn cut off the cob
3 cups cream
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp salt
Cook for 20 min form the time you turn on the heat, stirring constantly. Bag in freezer-safe zip lock bags and freeze.
